Caller: Call Centre on NBN Couldn't understand name given but sounded like Bureau Serve.

His name is Suraj and calling from Bureau self or something like that. Its regarding NBN as well to reduce the price or something.

Scam caller, guy had no idea about the story he was trying to tell; I thought he said he was from Euro Server, but it could have been Bureau Serve

Caller: Says from NBN Says from NBN & that my bill would be dropping next month to $78.00, however I pay $49.50 monthly. He then asked for my email & I said you should have that on file if you can access my billing history, he said no we don’t & I hung up. Pretty sure it’s a scam.
