Claims to be from Telstra - Terrible diction and accent! Wants to fix our (non existent) trouble with internet. This is the same lady?? who phoned yesterday on another local number. When asked for a return number she claimed to be phoning from Melbourne but stumbled and provided only four digits ( no area code??) before hanging up! I'm worried about the access they have to portray a local number when ringing.
