Keeps calling and then hangs up once I say hello

I got a call on this number at 1:00 am midnight
I have not answered

Male called me and knew my name. He asked what I was up to and I said nothing im at home. He asked if I wanted to come over to watch netflix I said no who am I speaking to. He said you know who it is, do you want you want to get lunch. I said no who is this, he told me to guess. I said I will hang up on him if he doesn't tell me and he said aww come on bec. I hung up
