Got this call tonight and let it play through. In the call, they blatantly lie about attempt to contact you. So I think there are grounds for a real complaint of fraud. I checked the DNS of their website, which is secret, but it is hosted under Dyn Inc, which is known to be quite a pal of spammers and corrupt phishers. My guess is these guys are laundering money for terrorist groups... perhaps the patriot act should be applied?

Received a call from the same number as well, while I was on the phone trying to sort out some stuff for my uni course that I'm about to start! Thought it was someone calling me about a job that I've applied for, so of course, I answered it. Luckily I'm used to stupid telemarketers and having worked in the contact centre industry before, most places aren't that bad and don't use dodgy techniques! There is also something called the Do Not Call Register, which is legitimate, it stops telemarketers from calling you unless you have an existing business arrangement (e.g. mobile phone with Telstra etc etc) or unless it's a charity or something like that. Not always guaranteed to weed out scams but legitimate businesses aren't allowed to call you after 6 weeks of being registered :)

I recieved call today. As soon as the woman started to talk about $5 pm to get the details I hung up and elected to look on line -obviously a scam - even though I am in a couple of reward schemes. DON"T GET CAUGHT!

I also received one of these prank calls, unfortunately there are no laws in this country allowing prosecution of these fraudsters, and they know it. These clever little morons have a fisching program, which runs at infanitem, just dialing numbers. When one of these numbers answers, a prerecorded message is played in the hope the receiver will call back. Under Australian law, once you call back, you are deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions, because again, Australian law doesn't require these morons to actually read them to you. If by some miracle, one of these people is caught and prosecuted, some one else steps up to the plate, and bussiness as usual. Food for thought.

These people should be charged and prosicuited. I have an unlisted pre paid mobile and I want to know how these thieves got my number. PRIVACY!!! WHAT PRIVACY??? What are telstra doing about it???? Sadly those who can least afford it are genually the ones who get caught.

Just got this message. Really weird when you have no idea what you entered in the first place to have unclaimed rewards. Luckily i googled it and most of the ones that came up were a dead end then i found this page and I now will put it to rest. I have wasted 5 minutes in total. If i had of tried calling it it would cost about $45 for The 12 minute call or more. Its some kind of app points that you get buy subscribing. No thanks!
