This number and several other 02 numbers have been calling for the past 3 days and leaving messages on my answering machine. The message is always the same; a recorded English sounding female who tells me that my "internet connection is going to be terminated today" and to press 1 to talk to someone from national broadband. I have not called back as it is obviously a scam and of the 20 plus calls I have received, every number is different apart from the 02.
