Caller supposed to be from a travel club (Haynes or Haines or similar sounding name) selling discount travel vouchers. Allegedly you pay $300 odd & get 6 vouchers which give you 6 nights free accommodation valid all over Australia & New Zealand. You have to use them within 24 months. Told them that I'm not interested. Been there before. First one I had went into liquidation before I could use the vouchers, no accommodation, no money back. Tried another one but it wasn't able to provide the accommodation in Western Australia when I wanted it. They allegedly were renegotiating with the venues. I will never use these again. I will do my own bookings which I did successfully for my trip to WA.

Caller: Hayms Travel Club BEWARE! Hi, Hayms honoured my first booking, but not the next 2, that's how they operate, that's how they get your money (just read reviews on other websites), and then they won't respond to anything, but I have had a case in NSW Fair Trading for about 6 months against them, and they are working on it, as they have had multiple complaints. They need everyone to complain, but ESPECIALLY buyers who have paid by a direct bank deposit, as Fair Trading are having trouble tracking this company down. We need your help if you DIDN'T pay by credit or debit card, but you paid some other way, please please contact NSW Fair Trading as soon as you can. I have taken Hayms to court in Newcastle, of course they didn't appear, but they have been ordered to pay me for my out-of -pocket costs, as well as all my unused vouchers. But they can't enforce anything until we have a proper address or bank account details, through which they can be tracked. Just so you know, the ABN provided by Hayms on your purchase email is FALSE, it belongs to a company called HTC Australia and New Zealand, and they have NO affiliation with Hayms. If you can provide anything of use to NSW Fair Trading, you also could get a refund by taking Hayms to court, once they can be tracked down.

Caller: Travel company ABC Travel company offering discount travel vouchers. Had all of my details - home address, number in family. Very insistent that I had entered competition 18 months ago (which I know was incorrect as I was at different address at that time.) would not take no for an answer - repeatedly called back so blocked.
