I received 2 fillet of fish burgers one cold in the middle and the other one was cooked to such a degree the fish was hard not soft as I order this all the time I knew I was being served a sub standard product. I asked to have them replaced with cheesb burgers was not offered the difference in the price I hade to ask for the difference in price which seemed to upset the staff, upon receiving my cheeseburgers they both were barely warm again I must add my family have regular Sunday treat at McDonald's so I know they should be at least warm if not hiot,the buns weren't even warm the store was on Anzac parade in maroruba Sydney ,the table I could find that was clean had cloth marks all over it, I don't know what is happening in this store it really is not up to the standard it used to be sorry I am upset for having my treat night ruined.
