Selling kitchen and bathroom accessories - floortiles, railings, taps, basins, toilet bowels. Visited website - seems very cheap and flimsy products, no wonder the low prices. wouldnt use these products at all.

Pre-recorded voice message about selling solar electricity panels for homes. Line cuts out when you select the option. had the exact same call from the same number at the exact time over 3 weeks on the same day. must be a programmed dialling system

Advised they can reduce my electricity bill half. SCAM!

Sounded like a foreign caller in a big call centre, lots of shouting in the background. Tried to sell me medical insurance. Quoted prices in US dollars. Asked for a manager to verify the legitamacy - went to a voicemail that was recorded in German. No way this is legit.

I purchased a tap set over the phone from this company, paid by credit card. They charged an extra $15 for delivery. Salesman told me it was free delivery over the phone. Complained to their customer service department. took 3 months of constant follow up, customer service seemed indifferent. Tap set was something that I could have purchased at Bunnings for a better price - took a month as well to be delivered. Would not use this company again - would have been much better going to the local hardware. There were metal shavings on the inner of the tap screw handle, some still attached, nothing had been filed down. Not sure if this even meets standards.
