But if you actually order anything from Dan Murphys and have a delivery problem, good luck getting hold of someone on the phone to fix it! They have shut down all their incoming phone numbers for customers. All their "customer service" is now done by website bots.

did not pick up as i did not know number - they did not leave message - and for me that is not a good sign and probably a scam call

Totally legit. They call you when you're signed up to Dan Murphys and they offer you a personalised experience. I've had great wines from them and will definitely keep buying.

I don't have the sales calls box ticked and still have received calls every so often for about a year. Definitely suspicious. Have blocked caller now.

Have email confirmation (in reply to my after complaint at Dan Murphy's of potential fraud/scam coming from this number) that this number is from the Dan Murphy's Outbound Wine Sales Team. Apparently I had, under my preferences, accepted to receive Dan Murphy Sale calls.
