I got the same thing as SU on 27/05/14 - an automated message saying "Hello World" then hanging up

Bizaar call late at night from this number to my mobile phone with automated message which I could not quite make out what it said then it hung up!
I called back next morning but it just rang.
Does any one know what or who this number belongs to???

Called at 9 pm sounded from overseas I rang it back no answer another scammer u suspect
