They never leave a message, when you phone back - no one answers!

I have just received a phone call from these people and actually did the survey. Totally painless and not in the slightest bit obtrusive. The survey lasted no more then 3 minutes.

No problems with your choice of employment Andrew, everyone needs to make a living. It is nice to know who to blame for what is on TV.

Hopefully, your employer uses and complies with the do not call register unlike most of the numbers that get a mention on here.

Person claimed to be doing TV market research and began asking personal questions that has nothing to do with market research for television

The guy told me he was from some company to conduct a survey on behalf of the ATO , I asked him to repeat the company name twice as I could not understand what he said as it was mumbled and I still couldn't understand him. When I told him the person he was asking for (my husband) was unavailable he asked if it was his personal number or was I the tax agent ... told him that it was a business number ..derrrr did he not hear me when I answered with the name of our business. Told me he would try tomorrow .... good luck with that buddy I have blocked the number.

Yep, multiple missed calls, no messages, from this number, I'm in Newcastle. Thanks to the good folk at the Android Factory, have now added this number to an auto-reject list. Happy days :)

Wow, two calls in a week. Trying to explain a television quality something??? Then went on to try and explain. Rang via mobile and I am a realestate agent?? so not convenient.

If ya caught by these people asking for this phone number straight back and ask them if they've surveyed for a new job or a better life. Theyved heard it all and its hard to find a job.

keeps calling and don't listen when you tell them your go do not call. Try's to tell you by law you can't stop them.

I have the same problem, they just called me and it's annoying. They hung up as soon as I answered. The first time the called they answered but they want to know if we can answer questions that's all. It's just a waste of our time, but I didn't answer their questions, they call at the worst times.

I told them not to call me again. They are still calling and not leaving messages.

If you have a printer with fax machine built in wait until you see these nuisance numbers on your phone and switch on the fax to answer. They don't usually call again.

I received this call 8:20 pm did not answer as it was too late and the number was not known. How do we stop these people?
