Caller: Citibank (robo call)

I am not a Citibank customer, I get multiple calls from Citibank every week since having this new telephone connected last month.
I have contacted Citibank twice to inform them I am NOT the person named in the call (& that person is not known to me)
It's my understanding that Australian consumer laws allow us to simply say "Take my number off your call list" & the company is required to comply.
Citibank rep's I have spoken to keep asking me for my name & address to "make your request happen" but I will NOT give them that info. Am I wrong? Do I have to tell them who I am, where I live, my email etc, to complete the request to have them STOP calling me?
They have the telephone number here, they keep clling it, & I am definitely NOT the person they are trying to contact (different gender)

Caller: Credit card auto-message scam

"You have unknown transactions on your card - $400 for Amazon and $1300 for international money transfer".
"Press '1' to approve these transactions, press '2' to cancel these transactions"

Caller: Kevin-citi bank( i doubt)

They called me. I picked up the phone. They said kevin from citi bank. Sounded a scammer. Before they talking there was pause of 2 seconds. I asked them to call me back after 5 minutes. They didn’t. Now I am 100% sure they are a scammer. Re started my phone. One more call I will block them.

Get frequent calls from this number but no one on the other end even though I am on the do not call list. Was worried it was something important so did not want to block

I answered the call and then they hung up.

Citibank... Took the call and told them I’m not interested. 1 week later I’ve had a call every damn day.

Citi Bank - My Credit Card Balance is below $100 owing and they have been peppering me for the last fortnight - Blocked these suckers

The have mentioned Citibank but still don’t if it’s actually Citibank. Might be a scam. I’ve never phoned Citibank to confirm but now I just don’t answer this number

it seems computer calling us and no one speak from the other side. very annoying so i put a block on this number.
