Caller: Citibank Same robo call. Delay in answering. A guy from Citibank offering to convert my credit card debt to a structured fixed payment plan. I know this exists but it didn't smell right. The call quality was exceptionally poor. Also I have never known Citibank to do anything that is of benefit to the consumer.
