I had a call this evening from an obvious call centre (I could hear the same questions being asked in the background) saying she was from A.P.I.A. asking if a financial settlement for a minor accident had been received. When I asked for her name and number so I could call back she gave me her name and this number but she was speaking with a foreign accent and I couldn't understand her. when I repeated the number she then said that's right thank you very much and hung up.
