I was unable send the following by fax:

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing this letter after phoning your free call 1800 431 159.

I do not believe I am a mentally ill person (as defined in accordance) under the "Mental Health Act 2007" due to a rape (a gang rape which occurred in August 2000).

I hand delivered a letter to a constable Brett Van Akker whom did not take my letter as serious. Whenever I then required assistance from the police force I was laughed at & put down.

I have a tribunal date booked on Wednesday (with legal aid) whom are unable to assist me.

I am unsure of my first admission date to Sutherland hospital (where inappropriate comments were made by a police officer).

I was admitted to St George hospital on 10th July 2013 & transferred to Sutherland upon my request on Friday evening (request was made AM & no pain relief was given). I received inappropriate comments from the nursing staff whilst at St George hospital.

I identified one of the rapist's (at St George with no grief assistance).

I also have an injury whilst working for ADHC when there was no WHS done on the vehicle prior to transporting patients in my care.

Please advise on what I should do next?
