Caller: Claiming to be service comparison company Called me by wrong name. Called them out on it. Asked me which energy provider I was with, wanting details. As soon as I said I didn’t feel comfortable giving details, considering they had my name wrong, and no way to confirm they were who they said they were, they hung up, no ‘thank you or good byes’
