Caller: Scam Call (02) 9266 2044 called, answered call, asked who it was, no answer, then it hung up after 2mins. Have blocked number.

Hung up as soon as I answered, this happens because scammers or telemarketers pay companies to use dialling software that logs calls answered so they know people are answering on that number, then they sell the data.
