For the past week, I have been receiving calls from this number. Once I hid my phone number and called back. They answered "Paypal etc, the person then gave a number and an employee number." At this point, I terminated the call. Today I phoned the real Paypal via the number on their website. The person answering requested the number and stated that this number is definitely NOT Paypal.
