The company is apparently Nationwide Energy Services, never heard of them but after checking they are at www.nationwideenergyservices.co.uk and - can arrange Cavity Wall and Loft Insulation Grants across the UK. Up to 70% for homeowners and private tenants. I just have blocked them as my phone is supposed to be restricted to these cold calling waste of timers
