Got a call from this number , no one answers

Got a call from this number this morning. Did not answer as I didn't recognise the number, no message left.

i got a call form this number this morning, no one there when I answered but then I heard the ring tone as though I was ringing them and then a lady answered gave me the name of company she was calling from, couldn't understand her because of her accent and speed at which she said it, she asked if I was the main user of our computer, I replied with what are you calling  about?  she then started to tell me i had problems with my computer and my internet was being blocked due to ????  stopped her there told her I thought she was talking rubbish, and no thank you want interested, put phone down as she continued to say no its correct, sorry i didnt catch the company name
