had a lucia call me from this number, rang 3 of my offices. they work with our head office and provide ongoing HR support. head office from a real estate franchise level have recommended them to our whole group. call is in regards to organising an appointment for me to understand their service, dont mind the calls but writing here to help for those thinking its Spam. might call often but its a helpful conversation.

It was an appointment setting for sales agents for a employment advice business

The company is called Employsure, listed on google as a Human Resource Consulting business, located at 6, 180 Thomas St, Sydney NSW 2000, Phone:1300 651 415
They keep leaving messages when they can't get through, and it's always from someone different, to call back and ask for (so far) Letty, Lenny and Becky. Very persistent and annoying.

rang my work - i thought it was serious fairwork etc - ive now blocked that number

Not once do they say they are from Fairwork, they are calling in regards to Fairwork legislation.

called me about a claim that i was going through, provided assistance along the way. actually took onboard my case after the fact.
they do pitched their services and support program. its great for small businesses
lets you work on your business instead of getting head aches over managing staff and HR
worth listening to them

Private company that called me. Had one of their consultants come for a compliance review.
Was surprisingly really helpful. They provide a service to businesses owners which they will tell you about. But give you help with contracts and documentation, wages and hr.
Worth hearing them out if you struggle with fair work like I do.

Absolutely agreed, the person rang and wanted to speak to our GM, very rude and unprofessional, nothing to do with Fair Work Australia at all, it's a false advertising, should report to fair trading qld. Left a message for our GM to rang back, but it's Employsure to answer the phone, their selling tactic is very poor and can't understand how they train their sale people.

Got a call saying they were from Fair Work Compliant and wanted to speak to the director (The knew his name somehow).

Asked if we the business was family run or not.

Got a call from someone "in response to your call" - he said it's about Fairwork legislation

Haven't talked to them yet, but I searched my emails for this phone number and I had actually contacted them in the last 4 months (a different consultant though). The number is from a company called Employsure. They give limited advice to employers but then try to get you to sign up to their paid service: Lawyer fairwork assessment program.

Said call is regarding Fair Work legislation...
However the company name sounded as if it was a sales call

another Fairwork call saying that they wanted to talk to the owner about new legislation coming in.....

Said from Fair Work to two of our employees.
When I got the call and asked if he was from Fair Work - he said no he wasn't.
Was from the company who was trying to sell something.

They are calling and saying they are from Fair Work Australia.
