Really heavy breathing and said from insurance but sounded like scam

Caller: It says spam from my other number. I have dual Sims and the new number is two weeks old. Is there no hiding from these annoying creatures...

Did an insurance quote online but had to put in my details to get the quote. This number immediately started trying to call me. This happens everytime I get an insurance quote

called at 9.45am - I did not know the number so did not answer. No message blocked them

Called me three times already
When I answer it’s all silent

Called at 2:45pm yesterday, then again at 10:15am today. Missed both calls and left no message. Unsure if trustworthy.
