Caller: Colonial First State I'm not comfortable listening to or discussing financial advice/guidance no matter how general it may be; including with any companies I have a relationship with.
I've asked them to put it in writing so that I can decide if I want to go ahead, and prepare beforehand if i decide to explore further.
