Tow times he called me not speaking

These guys have called a number of times. I answered and they immediately hung up.
I called back and there was a generic answering machine saying "our operators are all busy" With no mention of who they are.

this number called me 6 times , asked me that how much income this year, she want to offer me to study a course

This number has called multiple times on every phone line I own.
Must be some kind of stalker or scammer. They even tried calling at 8:30PM one night.

had 2 missed calls from this number today and yesterday, not sure what its about never bothered to call it back - assuming marketing as usual

Dammit I got this as well. Has been consistently calling for a few days now but I picked up today during work without looking at the number.
