I also had a call from "Justin" on 26 Oct (Justin Jones and later when asked again later changed  to Justin Wong!) says he was calling from Windows Infotech Dept located at 1 Epping Rd North Ryde informing me that there was a problem that whenever I downloaded stuff off the internet that I was dowloading malicious files which would make my computer slow. There was a distinct child's voice in the background when I answered. He could not even tell me which folder these "malicious files" were stored when I asked. Was quite persistent. Strange thing is my telephone number just got changed and there is just 1 company (internet provider) besides the telephone company that I had contacted in recent days.  Do companies realise what risk they are putting their customers in when outsourcing jobs overseas? This is just going to get even worse in the days to come.  Hope I never hear from this individual again!

When I told him I suspected it was a scam and hung up, he called back 4 times. The caller ID said the call was from overseas, but he said he was calling from Sydney, plus there was the distinct delay you get when talking to someone from OS.

Suspect this is rather dodgy....
