I receive at least 2 calls per day from this number and they just hang up when I answer. If this is telemarketing from Westpac, then they are destroying their public relations with customers.

If it's marketing from Westpac Bank, why don't they answer when you pick up the call?

Most of the replies on this blog are spot on. For me, same thing, - weird calls, worst time of day, not answering when you pick up, harrassing. Is this what Westpac does for it's customers? surely they are not that irresponsible .... or are they ? It's BS as far as I am concerend and you would think that if you were having these jokers act on your behalf the quality control would be better !! Very ordinary Westpac, if it is you, lift your game !

Thank you to Jacked Off and to Kevin for identifying these jokers. I found their website and thus an e-mail address to which I fired a shot across the bows. The e-mail address is info @ peakbound.com.au and I have received a positive response.
I also advised them that I am on the Do Not Call Register.

Many thanks to Jacked Off for revealing the name of these jokers.
I did a Google search and found their e-mail address: info @ peakbound.com.au. I sent a sternly worded shot across the bows. I also told them my number was on the Do Not Call Register, so now they really have no excuse.

Get constant calls from this number while traveling, i.e. therefore in the middle of the night. How can I get the police or someone else to follow this up? Any chances to get them prosecuted for harassment?

I received the same call in the past week after receiving the info pack from Westpac. Always call at work hour which is pretty annoying.

Rung Peakbound, told them to take me off list, they said they were marketing for Westpac. Got rung again 2 days after being told to take me off list, told them again. Just rung Westpac, told them to take me off marketing and told them if they call again, will remove all my investment accounts, and property loans and will go to another bank.

I have received two times a day, answered it and heard noises of several people talking each other. I used the mobile phone function to block it, and never received again.

Wondered who this call was from. As descibed below, no answer. So I'll ignore from now on. Should it become repetitive, I'll report it.

They called this morning and yesterday afternoon. I picked up yesterday, but no one spoke, then hung up. I guess it is some sort of of marketing from Westpac. I recently received a income cover insurance product promotion mail from Westpac, then the call began. Every time I receive this kind of mail from Westpac there would be a wired phone call. Thinking about quit from Westpac...

This number as been calling my phone for more than a week, sometimes twice a day, and leaves no message when it diverts. I refuse to pick it up now as it's not a known number, but very annoying! Will have to try calling and get them to take me off their database as a strategy.
