Sum-Mediterranean caller who was exceptionally pushy about electricity rates and seeking personal information without a formal introduction and advised the call was recorded a couple of minutes in. Stated he was from: Utility Hub (ABN 26606384598). Incredibly rude and demanding.

asking why my power bill was so high??

Claimed to be from my Electricity supplier (but the account at my residence isn't in my name)

claimed they were calling on behalf of Ausgrid talking about rates. I hung up. Find it unlikely Ausgrid would contract to offshore call centre

A rude woman who didnt introduce herself by name or the company she worked for even after me asking her twice, wanted to talk about electricity prices - probably a scam, certainly not a company I would want to use with that communication style.
