Called and left voice mail. I did not answer as i was at work. Voice mail said "hello" and silence for a minute without another word spoken. Then asked "are you there" and started speaking incoherently in a foreign accent before hanging up. Have blocked number.

Indian caller who started with the usual 'hope you are having a nice day'. Now blocked

Initially there was silence when I answered the phone, but then as I was hanging up it sounded like a call centre.
