Called me around 2pm, did not leave a message, so must be telemarketers

Definitely a telemarketing company but when I rang back could hear lots of people talking in the back ground and a different person answered each time I called back. Answering with just a Hello, hello. With a non English accent.

When calling this missed number back a generic voice message does not identify who they are, says the call is important then puts you on indefinite hold.
