This is definitely spam. Keeps calling me, but hangs up before I can pick up, or when it goes to my answering-machine. Don't return these calls!!

They did not respond to my answer. They call every day. Their business model is that you will call back, but you are charged a premium call rate.

Caller: I have no idea The phone rang, I answered, the line dropped out. If they want me they should at least wait til I answer and then tell me what they want.
