this caller rang today never left message, i looked on net somewhere else says this number is scammer

scammer asking me to identify self and banking details so that a substantial deposit can be made to my accounts from a company in london from a company that does not exist for a puchase that i never made. when i asked the south east asian with broken english where he was calling from he told me he was born in auckland australia , go figure
