Caller: “Department of Home Affairs”

I’m assuming it was a scam, it was a prerecorded message at the start saying that my identity was being used to commit crimes and that there was now going to be an arrest warrant issued in my name, when I pressed to speak to an “officer” he asked all of my personal details and I refused to answer, I asked him for his name and badge number and he literally had to think about it for awhile then answered with something sounding so fake, when I told him I wasn’t giving him any of my details - he hung up on me.
