Google ads sales

its not legit, its a scam, claimed my google ads were "paused" when they were not. Chasing credit card details, SCAMMER!

called claiming to be from google maps needed to verify our new number on our listing - pushed him hard he continued to say he was from google maps asked to speak to a manager and he hung up. FAKE! do not pick up and block the number.

Total harassment from Google. Can't even call back because it says the number is no longer active. Just awful practice.

My business started receiving calls from this scam call centre. They leave voice messages and they also followed up with emails. They claim to work for a google partner company called Concentrix which actually is a legit company. The problem is that the email address they sent from does not have a Concentrix address and is instead a simple google address... that's how I know it is a scam. However, it is more sophisticated than your everyday scam as the phone call attempts, messages, and contents of the email make it look legitimate. Do not fall for these scam artists who just want to steal your money!

A fake google ad call centre that doesn't leave you alone! Blocked them but the message still comes through. You can hear lots of chatter in the background but the actual person never speaks.

This number keeps ringing. Though we have placed this number on the blacklist they will leave messages (sounds of a call centre). When you try to ring the number it says the number is not no longer in service. SO ANNOYING!!!!

Claiming to be from Google Apps saying that they have taken over our account.

Thought this number was suspicious as they left a voice mail early this morning. They didn't speak but all you could hear was 50 other voices in the background and didn't sound genuine english to me. Number blocked now!

They keep spamming calls and dont say anything. Blocked the number and still try to call.

I get these often; they'll have a break for a few weeks, then start up again.
I think they are different suppliers working on behalf of google, not necessarily direct employees. They never leave a message and now I've blocked the number.

Sometimes they follow up with an email.
I can see that the quality of people in the service varies a lot. Probably best to either book the service in yourself directly with google or talk to a local google ads and SEO specialist.

Calls multiple times. Generally hangs up. Said he was from Google saying they wanted to improve something with photos of the store, I asked to put the details in an email, he said "Yeh...whatever" and hung up. SCAM

Claimed to be from Google. Was difficult to understand. Told him to send an email and if my boss is interested he will get in touch. Don't know if a scam or not. He didn't ask for any personal information but perhaps that would've come later in the conversation if I had engaged in the call.

Scammer collecting business information

Google Ads wanting to talk about our sales campaign at work. 30-45 minute "survey". Told them to send an email to us instead.

Called business line and within a second called personal mobile, followed by an immediate SMS claiming to be from Google Maps. Google Maps is difficult to connect with for support to begin with, they don't make phone calls requesting validation of information.
