Ignore it. A variation by scammers to lure you in. Gov agencies don't use this method.

Received text on 20 December 2023 “ This is Ipsos (ABN 52 070 101 352). In the coming days we will call to see if you can take part in an important study on behalf of a government agency.” Missed a call from same number a week later, 27 December. It would be good if you could confirm the caller's phone number on ipsos website but I couldn't find any contact numbers there.
