random call from a state I don't live in and am not connected to

Calling again and again but not replying when I am picking up

Number kept calling tonight. Seems to be from NSW. Called my phone twice and my father’s phone all in the time frame of 10 mins. Won’t leave a message and will only ring 4 times. Suspicious
