Caller: Said they were from Optus

I had a missed call from this number and they left a voicemail that had my full name in it. I called the number back and I provided my name. He didn't state the name of the entity he works for. He said he was calling about my Optus internet account. I said I don't have an account and he said I did and I said yes, but Optus made it untenable for me to continue this. He then said why. Bearing in mind I have not had an Optus internet account since July 2020 and I have not had an Optus mobile account for several years either. I asked him why he had called me and why he hasn't said where he works and he said he said Optus. I said no you didn't, you said you were asking me about my Optus account. He then put his hand over the phone and mumbled something and hung up on me.
