Caller falsely claiming to be from Westpac Fraud team about payments, asking for bank details and personal information. Sounded like it was long distance due to the slight delay in connecting and the lag when speaking. When I advised I didn't believe this call to be legitimate, they hung up abruptly. Called the number back and it's not connected - but interestingly when searching this number, it's only 1 digit different to a legitimate Westpac number so these scammers have clearly done their research! BLOCK NUMBER.
