I replied "no comment" and hung up.
Still waiting for the documentation to prove I have a loan with them.
Been waiting for over a year!
They informed me that they don't have to supply said information.
I do not have a loan with either lion finance or clh group!
And I want to see this paperwork and then I can supply it to the Fraud Squad to investigate.
So now when they ring I just say "no comment" and hang up.

Caller: CLH group/Lion finance

Usual call starts with requesting me by name, then follows along the line noted below..

We have your signature on a loan with us and we want payment, credit card number.

I do not have a loan with anyone!
I requested said paperwork with signature and the usual reply is that they do not have to provide it.
This harassment has been on going for over a year now!
I have received threats, we will send you bankrupt, we will send the sheriff around to take your assets, we will garnishee your wages, we will take our money from your bank as well as ringing and pretending to be a hospital by saying that it's a family medical emergency and i have to ring back very urgently... They supply a phone number with a reference number..
The first time this happened I panicked as my mother is very ill and I thought she had passed away, when it was answered by lion finance; I let rip..
They have used the same hospital call to one of my elderly neighbours...
Yet as of today they cannot provide proof of said loan!
Still waiting to see my signature on this $13,000 loan!
Oh yes and if you have a mobile they will keep sms-ing you with threats that that are going to take further action...
From day one; being the first call I stated "take me to court", hasn't happened yet!

I called back number (02) 9165 3768 reached IVR for Lion Finance.

Probably Lion Finance
