Caller: some telemaketer some con trying to extract money from you to do with spring water saying very urgent , unsafe .

Phillipino female; rang the phone once and stopped. She did this three times, third time she allowed the ring to continue until I answered. Wanted to discuss email she sent 3 days ago (there wasn't one) she then hung up herself when I asked a question.
