Vet Supply Company called incessantly today because I left some items in my shopping cart - big deal! It happens! Actually sometimes in this situation, some companies offer customers a discount to gain their business. THAT'S smart sales techniques. Sorry but you've definitely lost a potential customer due to your aggressive sales calls.
