Automated male voice recording. Young male voice. Australian sounding. Somewhat casual sounding. Made via above number to my mobile phone. Stating: "Your Tax File Number has been suspended ... before this matter goes to Federal Court ... & you are arrested. Press '1' ..." Obviously a hoax.
