Caller: OBC Same as previous poster, called asking for the Boss by name. Advised from OBC wanting to dicuss our Telstra account.

Caller: OBC Person called asking for Boss by name, claimed they spoke to her a year ago and she said to call back in 12 months. Boss confirmed she doesn't know who they and has no recollection of speaking to them. When advised we are contracted to a telco provider, they said that they weren't looking for us to change providers. Asked what call was in regards to and they would not provide any further information and tried citing due to Privacy Act could only speak to boss.

Caller: OBC Person claimed to be from OBC & wanted to speak to the boss (requested by name). Boss has already confirmed he doesn't know who they are after previous harassing calls. They won't advise what the call is in regards to & when I've advised that if I don't know what it's in regards to, I won't put it through. I've been told I'm rude or they hang up on me.
