Caller: Electrolux We emailed them with a common manufacture fault with their control module that sustains a section and component that burns out. We are starting to see this time after time with Dishlex that they make, come in for repair. I emailed them and they called back looking for the date of purchase which we are not and then tried to send a repair man and or the part to us with a cost. They called us before 9am instead of emailing, keeping things in writing. The women who was Indian or such, treated me like a second class citizen. They are scumbags. They need to replace these faulty items under manufacture planned obsolesence, ( which is a real thing - google it ). Making things last just past warranty, lesser quality parts or parts that self distruct.
