This is again another indian scam number. You get a pop up which asks you to call this number saying or else your computer will be blocked by Microsoft (oooooooo!! i'm scared now). You call this number and some dork answers. Just talk to him shoot some sh*t and then finally all your frustrations ..... just let go. say what you like get it all out of your system. Of course its a SCAM. Just press Alt- Ctrl-Del and close internet explorer / any other browser that's causing grief and you are done.
