Caller: We called them, but we didn't mean to. I intended to call a completely different number, but somehow the call diverted to this number. We got scammed. They managed to get our credit card information and got 32,000 Indian Rupees ($AU674.36), because we thought we were talking to the customer service of a well-know company.
