Asking for money and threatening to send the outstanding bill to debt collection giving me bad credit rating... The emphasis on "Debt Collectors & Bad Credit Rating" flagged me to their intimidation tactics

Said I had an outstanding bill from June - knew my name, address and GP. Obviously a scam and asked me to pay it over the phone.

Caller: Lumus Imaging Knox

Not fake or fraud. Had a call from this number and they left a voicemail. They are "Healthcare Imaging Services" trading as "Lumus Imaging Knox" in Victoria. Their main number is 1800 007 336 (email:- imaging.ar @ lumusimaging.com.au). They were calling about an unpaid invoice. This was correct as I did have an unpaid invoice from a recent operation. They had all correct information including the Invoice number from my printed invoice. Lumus Imaging Knox is not fake. If you have received a call, then you may rightly have an unpaid invoice for an operation, where you were not previously informed about any gap charges.

Asking to pay Outstanding bill. Firstly I thought it was a legit call but eventually I came to understand its scammer. Oweful command of English.i wonder how the fck they got my all details name number ,pathology where I checked up.

Called puporting to be collecting a medical bill from august. Total scam, I suspect they are using data from the Medicare hacking. Take care everyone.

Pretend as medical centre but is scam

Caller: Stated they were a pathology company.

Spoke very poor English. Told me I owed money for medical expenses. Since I haven't been to a Dr in over 6 years, i called her out and called her a scammer and a few other choice words. Lol @ how indignant she got.

A caller from an unknown health centre and after outstanding payment. Might be a scam.

Called saying she was from western diagnosis and that I had an outstanding invoice, she knew my obstetrician name and private health insurance name too. I asked to send an invoice to my email address and she took note of the email address, asked me to pay the invoice and then claim it to Bupa. Haven’t received any email though

This number called multiple times, hanging up instantly.

Knew my doctors name and claimed I had outstanding amount. Please do it give any details as truely a scam. I had no outstanding amount

Rang twice, then hung up.
