Got a call to congratulate on new loan and to say she's the personal assistant to contact if we have questions

Westpac sms'd me and then called advising my card had been hacked. No information was asked of me, other than to ask about the transactions to verify if I had purchased things on line.
SMS received during call that my card was cancelled (I agree during call) and email issued also.
Nothing in SMS or emails (no links to open) so I think Westpac is on the ball when it comes to fraud and that the call, sms's and email were ligitemately Westpac contacting me.

I received an SMS from a mobile number, saying that a "Westpac Specialist" would call me later today on (02) 9155 5984. They called but didn't leave a message
