Caller type: Scam call
Location: Australia
Caller: advising they were from Telstra, and that my phone internet is not secure

This government website shows that this is a scam. The caller wanted me to check myip-shark. this is a scam site. apparently they will then want remote control of my computer to fix it.

https://www.safewise.com/au/remote-access-telstra-scam/ - this is a legit site that advises about this particular scam

Called reporting to be from Telstra IT Support - saying that they had received numerous issues from my IP address - quickly started being abusive when I asked some technical questions
