Somebody called asking to speak to one of the guys that works here. When I said was not here and I asked what it was about he said he must talk to this person. I said he just works here and I am the boss and what was it about. He said E C Kitchens. Never heard of them and when I looked them up they are not even in Australia. He ended up by saying he will just email us.

Caller: young guy

Basically calls asking for the boss. Wont state who he is but will say he works for somebody in your industry when in fact he supplies telephone hold music etc. Why not just say that. Why try and deceive your way into peoples emails and call them. Obviously once you get the details you try and sell a product so why try and slime your way in. Just identify yourself, they either want your services or not. You look like a total scammer not identifying yourself by name or company even when asked. The saddest part for you is we were in the market for exactly the product you sell but based on your deceptive nature we wont be using you thats for sure.

Asked for me by a name I use when I know somebody is trying to scam or sell us something. Went on how we have a great presence and have been trading for a long time. As with the previous comment said he does work for E C Kitchens which I told him I have never heard of. He said when people are on hold they do not like to listen to music they should be listening to information about us. Told him not interested, but he kept talking over me so I just hung up.

Caller: Josh from PH Group

Josh from the PH Group called wanting to speak with the principal of the business, he has been working for Gosford City Mechanical. He didn't want to say anything else & didn't want me to call. Transferred but not answering call. After some tooing & froing, he hung up. He obviously wanted to sell us something.
