They are a bunch of angry people who has no patience in advising who they were when asked the question. Perhaps, a tip, learn some customer service and smile once in a while. And get a real job too and stop annoying people with real jobs.

Caller: "The Government Department" Something about he was calling from "The Government Department" then something about Solar Panels. Scary thing is he knew my name and address. I told him to take me off the list. Not interested. He talked over me, I just put down the phone left the call open until he hung up. Just be careful of this one.................

Caller: scam caller trying to tell me he is from NBN. scam caller trying to tell me he is from NBN. Ask me to speed check the computer (which I did using the Telstra speed check function) He says my computer speed is slow. What he didnt know was that is the speed my account is paying for ! NBN is the middle man, and the supplier to the Telco's, you dont deal with them, you deal with your Telco provider, eg Telstra, or Optus etc. DUD Call !
